Elizabeth was born in Long Beach, California but currently resides in Chico where she studied to be a Bilingual Educator at CSU, Chico. She found her passion for traveling while studying abroad in Costa Rica where she enjoyed the tasty food and explored the jungles and beaches nearly every weekend.  She hopes to travel every country of both Central and South America one day. So far.. 6 countries and counting!
